For subscribers of an academy using CourtOps
If you are a parent, player, or member of a badminton academy that uses CourtOps to manage bookings and payments, please reach out to the academy directly for issues with your bookings, attendance, batches, or invoices. The academy owns the relationship with you and the payment receipts. BYWGlobal LLP provides the software to the academy and is unable to act on individual bookings without the academy’s involvement.
